MyRootsy: School & Childcare Management App
MyRootsy is a school and childcare app for daycares, preschools and kindergartens. Staff handle attendance, reports and invoices on the web, and parents follow their child's day on their phone.
Overview
What is MyRootsy?
It takes the place of the paper sign-in sheets, fee spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups most schools juggle. Teachers and admins work in a web dashboard, and parents get an app on Android and iOS. Whatever a teacher saves, the right family sees straight away. We built it at Akar Family and Roots Learning Center in Jakarta, for how early-childhood classes really run.

Everyone looking after a child sees the same records, each from their own side. Parents see check-ins, activities, reports and invoices, and pay online. Teachers log attendance and activities in a few taps. Admins run admission, billing, staff and payroll from one dashboard.
Features
One platform for the whole school day
Made for daycares, preschools and kindergartens. From the morning check-in to the monthly invoice, everyone works from the same records.
Attendance and check-in
Teachers mark children in each morning, or families use the check-in kiosk by the door. Parents see drop-off and pick-up times right away. Staff attendance is in the same place, and you can export reports whenever you need them.
Learning reports and parent updates
Teachers note what each child did today and share it straight to the parent app. Over a term, that becomes a real record to bring to parent meetings. Announcements go to one family, one class or everyone.
Admission, billing and payments
Accept new students, send invoices from the dashboard and let parents pay online in the app. Payments are marked as paid on their own, so nobody has to match bank transfers by hand.
Student records, staff and payroll
Each child has one profile with their class, guardians and contacts. Change a phone number once and it's right everywhere. Staff details sit next to their attendance, so payroll starts from hours you already have.

How to get started
Setup happens once. After that, staff and parents just sign in. Most schools start with attendance and parent updates, then add billing and payroll when they're ready.
- Email info@myrootsy.id with your school's name. We'll help set up classes and staff.
- Teachers and admins sign in from the login page.
- Parents get the app on Google Play or the App Store.
- Once their child is linked, parents see attendance, reports, news and invoices.
Data and privacy
Children's data needs care. The dashboard only opens after you sign in, every account has a role (admin, teacher or parent) that limits what it sees, and parents only see their own children. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. To see, fix or delete your data, email info@myrootsy.id.

Click Login at the top of the page and use your email and password. Forgot your password? There's a link on the login page. Parents usually sign in through the app.
